OUR SERVICES

Product Selections.

We can accompany you to the plumbing store, lighting store, and other vendors to help assist in selections. This is a complementary service.

Land Acquisition.

We can refer you to a Realtor for assistance locating the perfect home site based upon various factors including location, home site size, price point and school district.

Financing.

We can refer you to one or more banks for interim and permanent funding assistance.

Architect Plans.

We can refer you to an architect or plan designer to further draw and finalize your plans and attend the meetings with you if you would like. This is a complementary service. The plans belong to you, and not any one builder.

Design.

We can meet with you and review your ideas, inspiration photos, or preliminary drawings and offer many suggestions on how to turn your concept into a reality.

House Placement.

We can conduct a site visit at your land and offer suggestions for house placement. The positioning of a house on a piece of property has a major impact on the function of the home and property. Setbacks, solar orientation, wind, sound, slope, views, landscape elements and future structures are all things to consider when positioning the house on the property.

Phase 1 – Initial Meeting

We will sit down with you and get to know more about you and your lifestyle needs. Please share with us your wishes and desires for your dream home. Bring your inspiration photos and design ideas.  We want to take this time to ensure that our visions align, with what you dream house entails.

Phase 2 – Homesite

You may have already acquired a lot or may want to choose from one of our available lots. We can also assist you in locating the perfect homesite.
